摘要
甲状腺癌是常见的累及内分泌系统的恶性肿瘤,具有发病率高和复发率高的特点。热消融技术凭借其微创、操作方便、并发症少等优势,在复发性甲状腺癌治疗领域展现出广阔的应用前景,并被国内外多项指南共识推荐。本文基于现有文献及指南共识,针对复发性甲状腺癌经皮热消融治疗的有效性、安全性及目前存在的主要问题进行综述,并对其发展进行展望。
Thyroid cancer is the most common endocrine malignment tumor,with a high incidence and high recurrence rate.Thermal ablation has shown a broad application prospect in treating recurrent thyroid cancer due to the advantages of minimally invasive,convenient operation,few complications,etc.It has been recommended by several guidelines at home and abroad.Based on the published papers and guidelines/consensus,this review aims to summarize the effectiveness,safety,and main problems of thermal ablation for recurrent thyroid cancer and propose prospects for its development.
