This article studies the micro-lecture design of Probability and Statistics course based on the combination of mathematics experiment and application cases.The micro-lecture design is carried out based on the principle of"guaranteeing the foundation,software assistance and application",which enhances the intuition and vividness of the teaching of Probability and Statistics so as to mobilize students'enthusiasm for learning,and cultivate students'ability to use computers to analyze and solve problems.
