实验诊断在中医教育知识体系中的价值调研分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Value of Laboratory Diagnosis in the Knowledge System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Education

目的调研并分析实验诊断在中医教育知识体系中的价值,探索实验诊断学与中医学的关系。方法收集全国24所中医药大学中医类专业培养方案,获取专业课程总学时、诊断学课程及其实验诊断学时;收集中国中医药出版社历版《诊断学》新世纪本科教材,提取实验诊断部分,分析其演变特点;收集某三甲中医院近3年住院人数和实验诊断项目数。结果中国中医药出版社历版《诊断学》本科教材中实验诊断内容逐版增多;实验诊断项目在某三甲中医院住院患者中的应用逐年增多;目前中医药院校中医类专业培养方案中实验诊断学时偏少。结论实验诊断在中医教育知识体系中的价值日臻重要,其内在价值可成为中医教育发展的促进因素。

Objective To investigate and analyze the value of laboratory diagnosis in the knowledge system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)education,to explore the relationship between laboratory diagnostics and TCM.Methods The training programs of TCM majors from 24 TCM universities across the country were collected,and the total class hours of professional courses,class hours of diagnostic courses and laboratory diagnostics were obtained.The new century undergraduate textbooks of“Diagnosis”published by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Press were collected,the laboratory diagnosis part was extracted and its evolution characteristics were analyzed.The number of inpatients and laboratory diagnosis items in a certain third-class TCM hospital in recent 3 years were collected.Results The content of laboratory diagnosis in the undergraduate textbook of“Diagnosis”published by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Press,has increased gradually.The application of laboratory diagnosis items to inpatients in a certain third-class TCM hospital has increased year by year.At present,the class hour of laboratory diagnosis in the training program of TCM majors in TCM universities is relatively small.Conclusion The value of laboratory diagnosis in the TCM education knowledge system is becoming increasingly important,and its intrinsic value can become a promoting factor for the development of TCM education.
