西藏党校事业高质量发展的几点思考

Reflections on the high-quality development of the cause of Party Schools in Xizang

习近平总书记在中央党校建校90周年庆祝大会暨2023年春季学期开学典礼上发表重要讲话,并开创性地提出“为党育才、为党献策”的党校初心。这个初心,集中体现了党校的本质属性、功能作用、奋斗目标,深刻揭示了党校办学治校的本和源、要和魂。全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程上,西藏党校要以初心为引领,把全方位推动高质量发展要求贯穿到工作各领域全过程,推动思路创新、机制创新、实践创新,实现教学培训、科研成果、人才队伍、从严治校高质量发展,在谱写以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的西藏篇章中展现新担当、实现新作为。

General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the celebration of the 90th anni⁃versary of the founding of the Central Party School and the opening ceremony of the spring semester in 2023,and groundbreaking proposed the Party schools'origi⁃nal intention of"educating the Party and offering sug⁃gestions for the Party."This initial intention embodies the essential attributes,functions and goals of Party schools,and profoundly reveals the source,purpose,key and soul of Party schools.On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,Xizang Party schools should take the original in⁃tention as the guide,carry out the requirements of pro⁃moting high-quality development in all areas of work throughout the whole process,promote innovation in thinking,mechanism and practice,and achieve highquality development in teaching and training,scientific research achievements,talent team,and strict manage⁃ment of the schools.In writing a chapter in Xizang that will comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization,we will demonstrate our new responsibilities and achieve new achievements.
