大型飞机结构强度试验姿态转换与控制

摘要 针对以往大型飞机姿态转换过程存在潜在的胶布带脱落、局部失稳以及多种提升设备不协调等风险问题,提出一种大型飞机结构强度试验姿态转换与控制方法。通过设计位移提升装置和全浮动支持平台,确保飞机姿态转换系统安全可靠;应用协调加载控制系统,提出多点协调的位移提升控制方案,实现飞机姿态平稳转换和精准控制;研究飞机姿态实时测量算法,开发可视化监控系统,实现飞机姿态多维变量实时监控。通过全要素测试,验证了所提方法的合理性。试验结果表明:某大型飞机的姿态转换过程实现了多维度可视化监控,与传统方法相比,效率提升了约35%,可靠性及安全性大幅提升。 In view of the potential problems that tape shedding,local instability and incongruity of various lifting equipment during attitude conversion of the large aircraft in the past,a novel method of attitude conversion and control for structural strength test of the large aircraft was s proposed.The displacement lifting device and the full floating support platform were designed to ensure the aircraft attitude conversion system safe and reliable.Based on the coordinated loading control system,a multi-point coordinated displacement lifting control scheme was proposed to realize the smooth attitude transition and precise control of aircraft.The real-time measurement algorithm of aircraft attitude was researched,and a visual monitoring system was developed to realize real-time monitoring of multi-dimensional variables of aircraft attitude.Through the all-factor test,the rationality of the proposed method was verified.The test results show that the attitude conversion process of a large aircraft realizes multi-dimensional visual monitoring,which improves the efficiency by about 35%compared with the traditional method,and the reliability and safety are greatly improved.
