粤港澳大湾区复语人才培养模式探究

Exploring the Cultivation Mode of Plural Language Talents in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area

粤港澳大湾区要建成国际一流湾区和世界级城市群,国际语言环境建设和多语种人才储备必不可少。因此,培养复合型、复语性的外语人才越来越重要和紧迫。学习和掌握两门以上的外语不仅仅是个人发展的需要,也符合国家发展的需求,有助于大湾区更好地融入世界,在国际舞台讲好中国故事。本文从当前复语人才培养现状和粤港澳地区对多语种人才的市场需求出发,从理论层面、宏观层面的顶层设计、中观层面的国际合作以及微观层面的师资培养,探究符合社会与时代发展的湾区复语人才培养思路。

In order to build the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area into an international first-class Bay Area and a world-class city cluster,the construction of an international language environment and a reserve of multilingual talents are essential,and thus the cultivation of composite and plurilingual foreign language talents is becoming more and more important and urgent.Learning and mastering more than two foreign languages is not only a need for personal development,but also in line with the needs of national development,which will help the Bay Area better integrate into the world and tell China's story in the international arena.From the current situation of the training of multilingual talents and the market demand for multilingual talents in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,this paper explores the ideas of the training of multilingual talents in the Bay Area that are in line with the development of the society and the times from the theoretical level,the top-level design at the macroscopic level,the international cooperation at the mesoscopic level,and the cultivation of teachers at the microscopic level.
