摘要
抽油机井运行状态由多个指标共同表征,常规研究仅以一种或几种单项指标为研究对象,并不能全面表达抽油机井运行情况是否合理。为此,利用RSR(秩和比)+W(权重),即WRSR的方法对构建的抽油机8项指标进行综合评价,并分档排序。研究结果较完整地给出了8项指标原始数据处理流程和方法;得出了基于熵权的各指标权重,并以此为基础,对WRSR进行排序;模型的拟合优度R2为0.934,方差膨胀系数(VIF)全部小于10,模型表现较为优秀;RSR分布值为-0.261+0.122×Probit值,以此对55口考察井进行分级,以三换一调为主线进行措施调整,年经济效益7.93万元。通过研究及考察,确定了基于WRSR法的抽油机井合理运行的评价方法,为抽油机合理运行提效提供依据。
The operating condition of pumping wells is characterized by multiple indicators,and the conventional research are based on one or several individual indicators,which cannot fully reflect whether the operating condition of pumping wells is reasonable.Hence,using the method of RSR(rank sum ratio)+W(weight),the eight indicators of the constructed pumping unit has been comprehensively evaluated and sorted them into different levels.The results of research have been provided a more complete original data process and method of eight indicators.What's more,and obtained the weights of each indicator based on entropy weight.On this basis,the WRSR has been ranked.The goodness-of-fit R2 of the model is 0.934 and the variance inflate factor is all less than 10,which makes the model perform performance.When the distribution value of RSR is-0.261+0.122×Probit value,the examined 55 wells will be graded and the measures will be adjusted based on the principle of"three for one adjustment",with annual economic benefit of 79300 yuan.Through research,the reasonable operating evaluation method of pumping wells using WRSR method has been determined,which provides a basis for the reasonable operation of pumping unit.
