数字化油田综合电量仪表检测技术研究

摘要 数字化油田建设是大庆油田进行技术升级和现代企业管理工作中的一项重要工程,通过数字化油田建设实现降本增效、优化运行生产模式。从工作实际出发,根据数字化油田综合电量仪表的检测现状研究,依据各种接线方式和规格的电量仪表,设计了两种不同的接线台体,满足了数字化油田所需综合电量仪表的检测工作。同时提出综合电量仪表现场检测技术,能够有效保证数字化油田现场采集数据的准确性和可靠性,减少维护检测成本,最大限度降低对生产的影响。 The construction of digital oilfield is an important project in the technological upgrading and modern enterprise management of Daqing oilfield,and it can be achieved the cost reduction and efficiency,and optimized the operation and production model.Based on the actual work,according to the research on the detection status of comprehensive electricity instrument in digital oilfield,two different terminal blocks have been designed through various wiring ways and specifications of electricity instrument,which can meet the needs of digital oilfield comprehensive electricity instrument testing work.At the same time,the on-line testing technology of comprehensive electricity instrument is put forward,which can effectively ensure the accuracy and reliability of the on-line data collected in digital oilfield,reduce the cost of maintenance and testing,and minimize the influence on production.
