摘要
档案内容是支撑干部人事档案的基石,数量与质量并存的档案内容能有效地发挥档案的资政作用与凭证价值。《干部人事档案工作条例》对档案内容建设提出“真实准确、全面规范、鲜活及时”的新要求;当前干部人事档案内容建设存在档案内容个性化缺乏、档案内容真实性不够、档案内容更新不及时等问题,应从增量、提质、增效等维度加强干部档案内容建设,确保档案内容与时俱进、符合时代要求。
The formation of Cadre Personnel Archives is based on their contents.The quality and quantity of the contents in CPA can effectively influence the archive function and value.Regulations on the work of Cadre Personnel Archives publish new requirements of“reality and accuracy”,“comprehensiveness and normalization”,and“liveliness and timeliness”for the content development.Problems still exist in content construction,such as a lack of personality and truth and a lag in renewal.It is required to take multidimensional measures such as regulations-making,coordinating,incremental upgrading,and timing to enforce the work and make it keep up with the New Period.
