摘要
3D打印技术在结构性心脏病临床介入治疗中有着广泛的应用,可直观了解患者相关部位解剖、术前进行手术模拟、辅助制定手术策略。3D打印在经导管瓣膜病、瓣周漏、先天性心脏病、肥厚型心肌病、左心耳封堵等复杂结构性心脏疾病临床治疗方面发挥着显著的辅助作用。个体化心血管3D打印辅助指导结构性心脏病精准治疗,可降低手术相关风险、提高手术治疗效果。
Three dimensional(3D)printing technology has a wide range of applications in the clinical interventional therapy of structural heart disease,which can understand the anatomy of patients,perform preoperative surgical simulation,and assist in the formulation of surgical strategies.Three dimensional printing plays a significant role in the clinical treatment of complex structural heart diseases such as transcatheter valvular diseases,paravalvularparavalvular leakage,congenital heart disease,hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,and left atrial appendage occlusion.Personalized cardiovascular 3D printing helps guide the precision treatment of structural heart disease,which can decrease surgery-related risks and improve the effect of surgical treatment.
