技术进步、资本深化与行业收入差距关系研究--基于行业国有化程度视角

Research on the Interaction of Technological Advances,Capital Deepening and Industry Income Gap:Based on the Perspective of Industry Nationalization

通过建立基于2004-2021年行业面板数据的PVAR模型,将技术进步、资本深化、行业收入差距与国有化同时纳入一个互动分析框架。经过对19个门类行业和38个工业行业大类的定量分析。结果表明:国有化能明显拉大行业收入差距,一定程度上抑制技术进步和资本深化;门类行业结果显示国有化与行业收入差距为双向格兰杰因果关系,工业行业结果显示资本深化与行业收入差距为双向格兰杰因果关系;资本深化、技术进步、行业收入差距及国有化存在短期自我发展惯性。根据研究结论,提出了通过提升科技投资和劳动者素质来缩小行业收入差距、推进国企市场化改革维护公平竞争、提高国企效率等三点政策建议。

By establishing a PVAR model based on 2004-2021 industry panel data,technological progress,capital deepening,industry income gap and nationalization are simultaneously incorporated into an interactive analysis framework.Through the quantitative analysis of 19 categories and 38 industrial categories.The results show that nationalization can obviously widen the income gap of industries,and inhibit technological progress and capital deepening to a certain extent;The results of industry show that nationalization and industry income gap are two-way Granger causality,and the results of industry show that capital deepening and industry income gap are two-way Granger causality.Capital deepening,technological progress,industry income gap and nationalization have short-term self-development inertia.According to the research conclusion,three policy suggestions are put forward to narrow the industry income gap by improving the investment in science and technology and the quality of workers,promote the market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises,maintain fair competition,and improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises.
