摘要
数字普惠金融为化解农村金融困境,助力农业农村高质量发展增添新动能。梳理数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响机制,基于2011—2021年面板数据,通过空间杜宾模型分析数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响。研究发现,数字普惠金融对乡村振兴有正向溢出效应且数字普惠金融的覆盖广度支持乡村振兴的作用较优。研究认为,应强化数字普惠金融在促进区域协同发展中的积极作用,加快布局完善农村“新基建”,推动数字普惠金融“下沉式”发展,为乡村振兴注入新活力。
The digital all-benefiting finance helps to reduce the difficulties of rural finance,and advance the high-quality rural agricultural development.This paper sorts out the mechanism regarding the influence of digital all-benefiting finance on rural rejuvenation,and based on the panel data from 2011 to 2021,analyzes the influence of digital all-benefiting finance on rural rejuvenation by means of Space Dubin Model.Our research indicates that digital all-benefiting finance has positive overspill effect on rural rejuvenation,and its covering extent plays an optimal role in supporting rural rejuvenation.Also,it shows that we should strengthen the positive role of digital all-benefiting finance in promoting regional coordinated development,speed up laying out rural"new infrastructure",and advance the"move-downwards"development of digital all-benefiting finance so as to inject new impetus into rural rejuvenation.
