摘要
目的:探究甘精胰岛素联合诺和灵r对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖水平及胰岛素功能的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年12月上海市东方医院吉安医院收治的82例T2DM患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组患者采用诺和灵r治疗,观察组患者采用甘精胰岛素联合诺和灵r治疗。连续治疗12周。比较两组患者血糖水平、胰岛素功能、炎症因子水平、血糖达标率及低血糖发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.110、4.437、12.109,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者空腹胰岛素(Fins)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平均低于对照组患者,胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-SI)水平高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.595、3.846、2.361,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.824、3.448、4.734,P<0.05)。观察组患者血糖达标率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.895,P<0.05);两组患者低血糖发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.618,P>0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合诺和灵r治疗T2DM患者,能够改善患者胰岛素功能,控制其血糖水平及机体微炎症状态,提高其血糖合格率。
Objective:To explore the effect of glucagon insulin combined with novolin r on blood glucose levels and insulin function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:82 cases of T2DM patients admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Novolin R,and the observation group was treated with Glycine Insulin combined with Novolin R.Continuous treatment for 12 weeks.The blood glucose level,insulin function,inflammatory factor level,blood glucose attainment rate and the occurrence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.110,4.437,12.109;P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Fins and HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of HOMA-SI were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.595,3.846,2.361;P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.824,3.448,4.734,P<0.05).The blood glucose compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.895,P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.618,P>0.05).Conclusion:Glycine insulin combined with Novolin r in the treatment of T2DM patients can improve the insulin function of the patients,control their blood glucose level and microinflammatory state of the body,and improve their blood glucose pass rate.
