洗发水中替代吡硫鎓锌的去屑方案研究

摘要 随着吡硫鎓锌在欧盟的禁用,需找到替代它的去屑剂。以糠秕马拉色菌和限制性马拉色菌作为指示菌,通过自行建立的体外方法对去屑剂进行筛选和评价,方法包括:抑菌率、抑菌环和最小抑菌浓度,比较吡硫鎓锌、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、氯咪巴唑和水杨酸的效果,筛选出替换吡硫鎓锌的去屑方案——0.25%吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐和0.4%氯咪巴唑。用该去屑方案制成的去屑洗发水,与含吡硫鎓锌的洗发水做去屑对比测试,连续使用14 d和28 d后,头屑明显减少,均具有去屑效果。该去屑方案的第三方人体去屑功效测试结果表明:与使用前相比,使用14 d后的头屑评分显著性下降;与使用前相比,使用28 d后的头屑评分显著性下降;该测试样品具有去屑功效。通过耐热稳定性考察,替换吡硫鎓锌的洗发水体系的稳定性显著好于含吡硫鎓锌的洗发水。 With the ban on zinc pyrithione in the EU,the quest for an alternative dandruff agent becomes imperative.This study utilized Malassezia furfur and Malassezia restricta as indicator bacteria,employing self-established in vitro methods to screen and evaluate potential dandruff agents.These methods included assessing bacteriostatic rate,bacteriostatic ring formation,and minimum inhibitory concentration.By comparing the dandruff efficacy of zinc pyrithione,ketoconazole ethanolamine,climbazole,and salicylic acid,a dandruff treatment alternative was selected,which includes 0.25%ketoconazole ethanolamine salt and 0.4%climbazole to replace zinc pyrithione.The dandruff shampoo formulated with this dandruff treatment alternative was compared with a shampoo containing zinc pyrithione.It was found that after continuous use for 14 and 28 days,there was a significant reduction in dandruff with both shampoos,indicating their efficacy in reducing dandruff.Results from third-party human dandruff efficacy testing of this dandruff treatment alternative showed a significant decrease in dandruff scores after 14 and 28 days of use.This finding indicates its effective dandruff reduction properties.Through heat stability testing,the shampoo system replacing zinc pyrithione demonstrated significantly better stability compared to the shampoo containing zinc pyrithione.
