HPLC法检测化妆品中覆盆子酮的含量

摘要 通过HPLC法对化妆品中覆盆子酮含量的检测进行了研究。经shim-pack GWS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)分离,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)进行检测。V(甲醇)∶V(水)=40∶60为流动相,220 nm为检测波长。研究结果显示,在8.0~800μg/mL质量浓度范围内,覆盆子酮的浓度和面积呈线性关系,相关系数为0.998 7。本方法对覆盆子酮的检出限为2μg/mL,定量限为8μg/mL。样品的加标回收率为95.3%~117.3%,相对标准偏差为0.04%~2.45%(n=3)。 This article studies the HPLC method for detecting the content of raspberry ketone in cosmetics.Shim-pack GWS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)was employed for separation,with detection carried out using a diode array detector(DAD).Using V(methanol):V(water)=40:60 as the mobile phase,detection wavelength is 220 nm.The research results indicated that within the mass concentration range of 8.0~800 ug/mL,there was a linear relationship between the concentration and area of raspberry ketone,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9987.The detection limit of this method for raspberry ketone was 2 ug/mL,and the quantitative limit was 8 ug/mL.The spiked recovery rate of the sample was 95.3%~117.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.04%~2.45%(n=3).
