电池船热失控防控策略研究

摘要 采用综合安全评估(Formal Safety Assessment, FSA)方法研究超大容量船舶直流电网中箱式电源的热管理策略。以超大容量电动集装箱船为例,对超大容量箱式电源应用于大型货船上的风险进行识别,并采用故障树分析法对风险因素进行定性分析,根据分析结果设计超大容量电动集装箱船热管理策略,降低箱式电源发生热失控的风险,提升船舶直流电网的稳定性和可靠性,保障船舶的安全航行,为船舶直流电网能量管理系统的设计和优化提供技术支持。 FSA(Formal Safety Assessment)method is used to identify risks in the application of ultra-large capacity container type power supplies to large cargo ships,and the fault tree method is used to conduct qualitative analysis of risk factors.The thermal management strategy of ultra-large capacity electric container cargo ships is designed to reduce the risk of thermal runaway of the container type power supplies,improving the stability and reliability of ship's DC power grid,ensuring the safe navigation of electric ships,and providing important technical support for energy management system of ship's DC power grid.
