摘要
通过介绍地铁运用库上盖建筑开发的特点,分析了上盖结构体系普遍存在的底部刚度突变、竖向构件大量或全部转换等问题。以厦门第一个地铁上盖开发项目为例,阐述了地铁上盖结构设计的要点、难点,进行了大震下动力弹塑性分析,并对薄弱部位进行加强。根据项目施工存在分期情况,提出了相应的解决措施,可为同类型项目结构设计提供思路和参考。
By introduction of the characteristics of the building development of the upper cover building of the subway operation warehouse,the problems of sudden change of the bottom stiffness and large or total conversion of vertical members are analyzed.Taking the first subway roof development project in Xiamen as an example,this paper expounds the key points and difficulties of subway roof structure design,carries out dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under large earthquake,and strengthens the weak parts.According to the existing stages of project construction,the corresponding solutions are put forward.It can provide ideas and reference for the structural design of the same type projects.
