摘要
双向叠合板底板之间采用整体式后浇混凝土接缝,预制板四面出筋,施工安装方便,效率高,但存在后浇拼缝宽度大且明显,若施工中处理不当容易产生后浇板带漏浆、错台、蜂窝麻面,后浇拼缝施工质量后续的施工和进度影响大。本文以工业路旧西客站地块项目为工程背景,针对现场出现的叠合板后浇板带接缝施工质量差的问题,采取了一系列措施,有效提高了双向叠合板接缝处的施工质量。
The bidirectional superimposed slab adopts an integrated post-cast joint between the bottom plates,with extending the reinforcement on all sides,which is convenient and efficient for construction and installation.However,the joint is often wide and so quite obvious,and if not handled properly during construction,it is easy to cause grout leakage,misalignment,honeycomb and pitted surface in the post-cast strip.The quality of post-cast joint construction directly affects the subsequent construction and progress.This paper takes Old West Passenger Station Land Project at Industry Road as the engineering background,and adopts a series of measures to effectively improve the construction quality of the joint of the bidirectional superimposed slab in response to the poor construction quality of the joint of the post-cast strip of superimposed slab on site.
