大型公建项目的管线综合施工优化布置

摘要 大型公共建筑项目机电安装工程各专业管线较多而且错综复杂,在机电管线施工前对各专业进行综合优化布置,解决给排水、电气、暖通等专业管线碰撞问题,对机电安装工程施工质量的提升、成本和进度的控制都将带来很大的帮助。现基于某大型公建项目的机电各专业管线在施工总承包模式下运用BIM技术进行合理施工和优化布置,对本项目管线综合施工管理的经验进行总结阐述。 In large public building projects,there are many and complicated pipelines in various specialties of water and electricity installation engineering.Before the construction of various pipelines,it will be of great help to comprehensively optimize the layout of each specialty and solve the collision problem of pipelines in various specialties of water,electricity and HVAC system,which will improve the construction quality,control the cost and schedule of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.Based on the general contract mode of construction,this paper summarizes and expounds the personal experience in the comprehensive construction management process use BIM technology for reasonable construction and optimal layout of the electromechanical installation pipelines of a large public construction project.
