浅析钢筋混凝土楼板面一次成型施工技术及质量控制措施

摘要 本文结合案例系统地介绍了大面积钢筋混凝土楼板面一次成型施工技术及其质量控制措施,并分析和总结了部分经验参数(初凝时间、初磨时间、细磨时间和精磨时间等)。通过对混凝土原材料、板面标高、平整度(混凝土找平及磨光)、板面成品保护等的有效控制,一次性成型钢筋混凝土楼板面的表面平整度及混凝土的强度既能符合设计要求及施工规范,又能满足建设单位的功能性要求,极大地缩短了项目施工工期、降低了工程成本。 Based on a case study,this paper systematically introduces the construction technology and quality control measures of one-time molding construction technology of large area reinforced concrete floor,and analyzes and summarizes some empirical parameters(initial setting time,initial grinding time,fine grinding time and precision grinding time,etc.).Through the effective control of concrete raw materials,slab elevation,flatness(concrete screed and polished),slab protection and other finished products,one-time molding of reinforced concrete floor surface surface flatness and concrete strength can not only meet the design requirements and construction specifications,but also meet the functional requirements of the construction unit,and reduce the construction period and project cost of the whole project.
