强化地板VOCs/VVOCs吸附管采样参数的优化

摘要 【目的】为提高吸附管对挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)和易挥发性有机化合物(VVOCs)采样检测的准确性,对其采样条件和老化条件进行优化。【方法】试验将强化木质地板放入国产试验微舱中循环8 h,设置温度(23±1)℃、相对湿度(40±5)%的标准环境,分别使用Tenax TA吸附管和内填Carbopack C、Carbopack B、Carboxen 1000混合吸附剂的吸附管(简称CB-1000吸附管),控制不同的采样流量和采样体积,对舱内强化木质地板释放的气体进行采样,将采样后的吸附管放入气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC/MS)中进行检测。此外,对强化木质地板以150 mL·min^(-1)的采样流量采集2 L气体,用正交试验设计9种老化条件,对采样后的吸附管进行老化处理,使用GC/MS进行检测。【结果】两种吸附管采集到的气体成分中芳香族类占比最大,酯类占比最小。Tenax TA吸附管和CB-1000混合吸附管中总挥发性有机物(TVOC)与总易挥发性有机化合物(TVVOC)的采样质量浓度分别占总采样质量浓度的91.1%、8.9%和59.5%、40.5%。Tenax TA吸附管在老化时间为45 min、老化流量为100 mL·min^(-1)、老化温度为310℃时化合物的残留质量浓度为22.89μg·m^(-3),CB-1000混合吸附管在老化时间为45 min、老化流量为150 mL·min^(-1)、老化温度为350℃时化合物的残留质量浓度为27.16μg·m^(-3)。【结论】两种吸附管的建议采样条件为采样流量150 mL·min^(-1),采样体积2 L。Tenax TA吸附管适合检测VOCs,其采样浓度主要受采样体积影响。内填Carbopack C、Carbopack B、Carboxen 1000混合吸附剂的吸附管更适合检测VVOCs,其采样浓度主要受采样流量影响。Tenax TA吸附管建议的老化条件为老化时间45 min、老化流量100 mL·min^(-1)、老化温度310℃;CB-1000混合吸附管建议的老化条件为老化时间45 min、老化流量150 mL·min^(-1)、老化温度350℃。 【Objective】Optimization of the sampling and ageing conditions of adsorption tubes to improve the accuracy of their sampling and detection of VOCs and VVOCs.【Method】The laminate wood flooring was placed in a domestic test micro chamber for 8 h.The standard environment(temperature 23±1℃,relative humidity 40%±5%)was set,and the Tenax TA sorbent tube and the sorbent tube filled with Carbopack C,Carbopack B and Carboxen 1000 mixed sorbents were used to control different sampling flow rates and sampling volumes to sample the gases released from the laminate wood flooring in the chamber.The sampled gases from the laminate flooring were sampled and the sampled sorbent tubes were put into a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC/MS)for detection.In addition,2 L of gas was collected at a sampling flow rate of 150 mL·min^(-1) for the laminate flooring,and nine aging conditions were designed using an orthogonal test,and the sampled sorbent tubes were aged and detected by GC/MS.【Result】The gas components collected by two adsorption tubes accounted for the largest proportion of aromatics and the smallest proportion of esters.91.1%,8.9%and 59.5%,40.5%of the total sampled concentrations of TVOC and TVVOC were sampled in the Tenax TA adsorption tube and CB-1000 hybrid adsorption tube,respectively.The aging results showed that the residual concentration of compounds in the Tenax TA sorbent tube was 22.89μg·m^(-3) at an aging time of 45 min,an aging flow rate of 100 mL·min^(-1),and an aging temperature of 310℃.The CB-1000 hybrid sorbent tube had a residual concentration of 27.16μg·m^(-3) at an aging time of 45 min,an aging flow rate of 150 mL·min^(-1),and an aging temperature of 310℃.【Conclusion】The recommended sampling conditions for the two adsorbent tubes were a sampling flow rate of 150 mL·min^(-1) and a sampling volume of 2 L.The Tenax TA adsorbent tube is more suitable for the detection of VOCs,and their sampling concentration was mainly affected by the sampling volume.The CB-1000 adsorbent tube is more suitable for the detection of VVOCs,and its sampling concentration is mainly affected by the sampling flow rate.The recommended aging conditions for Tenax TA adsorbent tubes are aging time of 45 min,aging flow rate of 100 mL·min^(-1),and aging temperature of 310℃;and for CB-1000 hybrid adsorbent tubes,the recommended aging conditions are aging time of 45 min,aging flow rate of 150 mL·min^(-1),and aging temperature of 350℃.
