电牵引滚筒采煤机变频调速节能控制技术

摘要 对电牵引滚筒采煤机的变频调速过程进行节能控制,可以提高煤矿企业的经济效益。为了降低电牵引滚筒采煤机变频调速的能耗,提出一种电牵引滚筒采煤机变频调速节能控制技术。选择MG180/435-W型电牵引滚筒采煤机为实验对象,利用变频调速装置实现电牵引滚筒采煤机的能耗控制。通过电牵引滚筒采煤机的运动学分析,制定电牵引滚筒采煤机变频调速装置的能耗控制方案,在不同方案下,启动采煤机变频器,通过调速实现变频调速装置的能耗控制,测试了转速和频率对电牵引滚筒采煤机能耗的影响。结果表明,在矢量控制方案下,将牵引转速和滚筒转速设定为400 r/min、频率为62 Hz时,电牵引滚筒采煤机的能耗最低;在恒压控制方案下,将牵引转速和滚筒转速设定为600 r/min、频率为135 Hz时,电牵引滚筒采煤机的能耗最低,通过电牵引滚筒采煤机的变频调速,降低电牵引滚筒采煤机变频调速的能耗。 Energy-saving control of frequency conversion speed regulation process of electric traction drum shearer can increase the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises.In order to reduce the energy consumption of frequency conversion speed regulation of electric traction drum shearer,an energy-saving control technology of frequency conversion speed regulation of electric traction drum shearer was proposed.The MG180/435-W type electric traction drum shearer was selected as the experimental object,and the energy consumption control of the electric traction drum shearer was realized by using frequency conversion speed regulation device.Through the kinematics analysis of electric traction drum shearer,the energy consumption control scheme of frequency conversion speed regulation device of electric traction drum shearer was formulated.Under different schemes,the frequency converter of shearer was started,and the energy consumption control of frequency conversion speed regulation device was realized through speed regulation.The influence of speed and frequency on energy consumption of electric traction drum shearer was tested.The results showed that under the vector control scheme,the energy consumption of electric traction drum shearer was the lowest when the traction speed and drum speed were set to 400 r/min and the frequency was 62 Hz.Under the constant pressure control scheme,when the traction speed and drum speed were set at 600 r/min and the frequency was 135 Hz,the energy consumption of the electric traction drum shearer was the lowest.Through the frequency conversion speed regulation of the electric traction drum shearer,the energy consumption of the frequency conversion speed regulation of the electric traction drum shearer was reduced.
