基于数字孪生的水闸工程安全运行管理系统设计与实现

摘要 基于数字孪生技术建立水闸安全运行智能管理系统,面向安全监测、安全评估、安全分析预警等应用场景,以工程精准管理、高效运维为目标,建设融合工程属性、安全监测、运维管理、水文气象等多源数据的数据底板,并耦合安全评估体系、安全分析模型等智能算法,评估分析了工程安全整体现状,模拟了变形、渗流等安全指标在不同业务场景下的变化过程,实现了监测报警、预测分析、预警管理、场景预演、预案响应等功能。典型水闸应用结果表明,该系统能降低运维成本、提升管理能力,为管理机构决策提供科学依据和技术支持。 Safe operation management system for sluice project is built based on digital twin technology,which is oriented to application scenarios such as safety monitoring,safety assessment,safety analysis and warning.Aiming at accurate management and efficient maintenance of the sluice project,a data-platform was developed based on integrating multi-source information such as the data about basic attribute,safety monitoring,operation and maintenance,hydrometeor.Combining assessment system,analysis model,the overall sluice safety was evaluated,and the change process of the safety indicators such as deformation and seepage under different operation scenarios was simulated,which realizes the functions of monitoring and alarm,prediction analysis,early warning management,rehearsal and pre-planning.The application of typical sluice project indicates that the system can reduce operation and maintenance costs,improve management abilities,and provide scientific basis and technical support for the decision-making of the management organization.
