速度训练融合医学干预对特殊学校IDD青少年注意和记忆的影响

Effect of Speed Training Combined with Medical Intervention on the Attention and Memory of Adolescents with Intellectual Developmental Disorder in Special School

摘要 目的观察速度训练融合医学干预对特殊学校智力发育障碍(IDD)青少年注意和记忆的影响。方法研究纳入IDD青少年44例,随机分为对照组、速度训练组、医学干预组和融合组四组,进行相应干预12周。治疗前后测试注意集中(T)、注意转移(γ%)、记忆回忆(MRCA)和记忆图片材料(MPM)。结果干预12周后,医学干预组和融合组的受试青少年T优于干预前(P<0.05),速度训练组、医学干预组和融合组的γ%优于干预前(P<0.05),融合组MRCA优于干预前(P<0.05),速度训练组和融合组在MPM方面显著优于干预前(P<0.05),且融合组的改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论12周的速度训练融合医学干预可显著提高IDD青少年γ%和MPM的能力。 Objective To observe the effect of speed training combined with medical intervention on the attention and memory of adolescents with intellectual developmental disorder(IDD)in special school.Methods Forty-four adolescents with IDD were randomly divided into control group,speed training group,medical intervention group and speed training combined with medical intervention group.The adolescents were treated with respectively for 12 weeks.Attention concentration(T),attention transfer(γ%),memory recall(MRCA)and memory picture material(MPM)were tested before and after intervention.Results After intervention for 12 weeks,T of the adolescents in the medical intervention group and combining group were better than those before intervention(P<0.05),γ%of the speed training group,medical intervention group and combining group were significantly improved after intervention(P<0.05),MRCA of speed training group and combining group were better than those before intervention(P<0.05),MPM of the medical intervention group and speed training combined with medical intervention group were significantly improved after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The attention transfer and memory of image material in IDD adolescents were significantly improved through speed training combined with medical intervention for 12 weeks.
