穴位贴敷联合按摩治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床观察

Acupoint Application Combined with Massage in Treating Pediatric Bronchopneumonia

目的以小儿支气管肺炎为依据,运用穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩的中医护理技术,观察其临床治疗效果。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月支气管肺炎患儿52例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组进行疗效观察。对照组实施西医治疗与临床护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,予以穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩中医护理技术。结果护理后,观察组总有效率92.31%(24/26)、患者总满意率96.15%(25/26)均高于对照组的69.23%(18/26)、73.08%(19/26),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间(7.04±1.46)d显著低于对照组的(9.15±2.01)d(P<0.01)。结论穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩中医护理技术对小儿支气管肺炎有很好的疗效,可提高患儿家属满意度,且患儿不容易复发,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the nursing technology effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage on pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods Fifty-two children with bronchopneumonia who hospitalized in Jiangxi Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given drug treatment and clinical nursing,while the observation group was given conventional drug treatment and the nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine on the acupoint application combined with acupoint massage.Results After nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%(24/26)and the total satisfaction rate of the patients was 96.15%(25/26),which was higher than that of the control group(69.23%,18/26)and 73.08%(19/26),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization in observation group(7.04±1.46)d was significantly lower than that in control group(9.15±2.01)d(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with acupoint massage has a good effect on children with bronchial pneumonia,can improve the satisfaction of the children’s families,and the children are not easy to relapse,so it is worth promoting and applying.
