益肾助孕方对排卵障碍性不孕症子宫内膜状况及妊娠率的影响

Effect of Yishen Zhuyun Formula on Endometrium and Pregnancy Rate of Infertility Due to Ovulatory Failure

目的观察益肾助孕方结合戊酸雌二醇片(补佳乐)对使用氯米芬(CC)促排卵时有排卵的周期子宫内膜状况、排卵率及妊娠率的影响。方法将70例辨证为肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。所有患者均予相同的基础治疗,治疗组加服益肾助孕方。分别比较两组注射用绒促性素(HCG)日子宫内膜厚度、类型、排卵率、妊娠率等情况。结果治疗组子宫内膜厚度、类型的改善、妊娠率等情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);排卵率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾助孕方在改善子宫内膜容受性、促进卵泡发育、提高妊娠率等方面疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Zhuyun formula combined with Progynova on the cycle of ovulation,endometrial thickness,type,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Methods Seventy patients with ovulatory infertility due to deficiency of the kidney were divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.All cases were given the same basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with self-made Yishen Zhuyun formula.The endometrial thickness,type,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate on hCG day were compared between the treatment group and the control group.Results the improvement of endometrial thickness,type and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.After statistical treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ovulation rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Yishen Zhuyun formula is effective in improving endometrial condition,promoting follicular development and increasing pregnancy rate.
