中药香薰疗法对老年髋部骨折术后疼痛及不良情绪的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Aromatherapy on Postoperative Pain and Adverse Emotion in Aged Patients with Hip Fracture

目的探讨中药香薰疗法对老年髋部骨折术后疼痛及不良情绪的治疗效果。方法纳入符合标准的59例老年髋部骨折手术治疗的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予术后常规护理措施,观察组同时给予中药香薰治疗,对比两组患者术后第1、3、7天视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,及术前、术后3周、术后6周的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和老年抑郁量表(GDS)评分。结果观察组术后VAS及SAS、GDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药香薰疗法能够有效缓解老年髋部骨折术后疼痛,并降低不良情绪水平。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine aromatherapy on postoperative pain and adverse emotion in aged patients with hip fracture.Methods Fifty-nine aged patients with hip fracture who met the criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Both groups were given routine nursing measures after operation.The observation group was also given Chinese medicine aromatherapy.The VAS pain score on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation,and the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and geriatric depression scale(GDS)before operation,3 weeks after operation and 6 weeks after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative VAS,SAS and GDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine aromatherapy can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of the aged hip fracture and reduce the level of adverse emotion.
