中医药文化在高职医护生中的育人价值与实施路径

The Educational Value and Implementation Path of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture in Higher Vocational Medical Students

文章针对中医药文化在高职医护生人才培养过程中的教育价值、存在的突出问题、实施路径等方面展开研究,探索中医药文化在高职医护生中育人的实施路径。从增强高职医学院校中医药文化育人的意识、开拓中医经典思维育人的新思路、完善高职医学院校中医药文化育人体系、构建“一阵地五结合”的中医药文化特色育人品牌等方面,展开实施路径探索,将中医药文化贯穿于高职医护生人才培养的全过程,以落实立德树人的根本目标。

This article studied the educational value,outstanding problems and implementation paths of traditional Chinese medicine culture in the training process of higher vocational medical students.From strengthening the awareness of traditional Chinese medicine culture education in higher vocational medical colleges,developing new ideas of traditional Chinese medicine education,improving the system of traditional Chinese medicine culture education in higher vocational medical colleges,and building the brand of one position and five combinations of traditional Chinese medicine culture characteristics education,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine culture education in the process of higher vocational medical students was explored.The culture of traditional Chinese medicine is constantly integrated into the whole process of training medical students in higher vocational colleges,so as to implement the fundamental goal of cultivating talents by virtue.
