摘要
隐形冠军企业特指在市场上占据较高地位但社会知名度低的中小企业,在推动我国产业建设中发挥了支柱作用和实现了经济建设的强劲增长势头。然而当前我国企业面临着“卡脖子”技术瓶颈等动态环境变化,如何引领隐形冠军企业可持续成长已成为学界关注的研究热点。本研究在梳理相关文献及理论推导的基础上,提出组织即兴对隐形冠军企业绩效作用机制的研究假设并构建理论模型,将收集到的有效问卷采用层次回归分析法和Bootstrap法进行实证分析。研究结果表明:组织即兴、组织韧性对隐形冠军企业绩效具有正向影响;组织即兴对组织韧性具有正向影响;组织韧性在组织即兴与隐形冠军企业绩效之间起到了部分中介作用;容错动态性强化了组织韧性的中介作用。
Hidden champion enterprises refer to small and medium-sized enterprises that occupy a high position in the market but are not well known in the society.They have played a pillar role in promoting China's industrial construction and achieved a strong growth momentum in economic construction.However,at present,hidden champion enterprises are faced with the volatility,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity environment changes,such as'neck'technical bottleneck and COVID-19,and so on.The uncertainty and complexity of enterprise survival are aggravated,which brings severe challenges to the development of enterprises.Therefore,how to lead the hidden champion enterprises to achieve sustainable growth has become a hot research topic in the academic circle.If under a stable environment,the planned behavior of an enterprise contributes to the realization of the enterprise's goals,but tends to lead to path dependence,the enterprise should seize the opportunity in the crisis,take improvisation to fill the time gap between planning and action,combine the original resources of the enterprise with the resources obtained in real time,and carry out spontaneous and creative actions to quickly respond to and actively respond to events in unexpected situations.Therefore,this research constructs the mechanism of organizational improvisation on the performance of hidden champion enterprises,and considers the mediating effect of organizational resilience,the moderating effect of dynamic of playfulness and absorptive capacity,which is helpful to provide practical guidance and development inspiration for promoting the development of hidden champion enterprises.On the basis of combing relevant literature and theoretical derivation,this research proposes the research hypothesis on the mechanism of organizational improvisation on the performance of hidden champion enterprises,constructs the theoretical research framework of organizational improvisation,organizational resilience,dynamic of playfulness,absorptive capacity,and the performance of the hidden champion enterprises,and uses the hierarchical regression analysis method and Bootstrap method to conduct empirical analysis on the collected effective questionnaire data.This research examines the relationship between organizational improvisation and the performance of hidden champion enterprises,and reveals the development path that affects the performance of hidden champion enterprises.The research results show that organizational improvisation has a significant positive impact on the performance of hidden champion enterprises.Organizational improvisation has a significant positive impact on organizational resilience.Organizational resilience has a significant positive impact on the performance of the hidden champion enterprises,and plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational improvisation and the performance of the hidden champion enterprises.Dynamic of playfulness positively regulates the relationship between organizational improvisation and organizational resilience.Dynamic of playfulness has a positive moderating effect on the mediating effect of organizational resilience,that is,the higher the dynamic of playfulness,the stronger the mediating effect of organizational resilience between organizational improvisation and the performance of hidden champion enterprises,the moderated mediating modelis formed.This research conducts a theoretical and empirical study on the mechanism of organizational improvisation on the performance of hidden champion enterprises.The research enlightenment is as follows.First,enhance the improvisation ability of the hidden champion enterprises in the face of complex and changing environments,improve the sensitivity and flexibility of enterprises to deal with environmental changes,be good at dealing with disturbance changes and seize opportunities,and further stabilize the enterprise's market position through efficient utilization of resources.The second is to strengthen the ability of enterprises to"turn crisis into opportunity".In order to effectively cope with the acute impact and chronic pressure faced by enterprises,enterprises should strengthen their resilience in the face of crisis situations,and ensure the operational efficiency and sustainable development of enterprises.The third is to build a standard fault-tolerant mechanism and create an organizational atmosphere that is bold in trying,exploring and brainstorming,encourage employees to practice new ideas and actions,and enhance the creativity and cohesion of the enterprise as a whole.
