中医正骨联合中药熏洗在股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用效果分析

Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Bone⁃setting Combined with Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的分析中医正骨联合中药熏洗在股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月郑州市第七人民医院收治的100例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将其分为研究组(50例)和对照组(50例)。研究组患者采用中医正骨联合中药熏洗治疗,对照组患者单纯采用中医正骨治疗,对比观察两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Harris髋关节功能评分(简称Harris评分)以及临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,研究组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组(t=9.870,P<0.001),Harris评分明显高于对照组(t=3.230,P=0.002);治疗6个月后,研究组患者中显效33例、有效15例、无效2例,明显优于对照组患者的显效22例、有效18例、无效10例(Z=-2.565,P=0.010)。结论中医正骨联合中药熏洗能够有效降低股骨粗隆间骨折患者疼痛程度,提高髋关节功能恢复效果,疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine bone-setting combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 100 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,admitted to The Seventh People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2020 to October 2021,were enrolled as research subjects and divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50)based on the different treatments they received.Patients in the study group were treated with Chinese medicine bone-setting combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,whereas patients in the control group were treated with Chinese medicine bone-setting alone.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Harris score of hip joint function(Harris score)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After three months of treatment,the VAS score of patients was obviously lower(t=9870,P<0001)and the Harris score was obviously higher(t=3230,P=0002)in the study group compared with the control group.After six months of treatment,in the study group the treatment was markedly effective in 33 cases,effective in 15 cases and ineffective in 2 cases,which were much better than that in the control group(Z=-2565,P=0010)-markedly effective in 22 cases,effective in 18 cases,and ineffective in 10 cases.Conclusion The combined application of Chinese medicine bone-setting and Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture and improve the recovery of hip joint functions,and the clinical efficacy is definite.
