摘要
GH4706高温合金的高温流变应力模型对指导GH4706锻件生产、预测设备吨位有着重要作用。本文推导了Arrinus方程的高温合金应变补偿高温流变应力的模型,归纳总结了相关流程,成功将该流程自动化,将必要的数学工具模块化。并由此建立了Python综合性数据处理与分析模块,该模块由六大模块组成,可以自动实现高温流变应力曲线的导入、数据处理、自动拟合材料参数、拟合精度的评估等数据处理与分析的操作。最终使用该模块建立了GH4706高温合金的高温流变应力模型,均方根误差(RMSE)只有8.316,且计算速度极快,这对加快生产效率有着重要意义。
The high-temperature rheological stress model of GH4706 superalloy plays a crucial role in guiding the production of GH4706 forgings and predicting equipment tonnage.In this paper,a superalloy strain compensation high-temperature rheological stress model based on the Arrhenius equation is established and the related process is summarized,so that the process is successfully automated and necessary mathematical tools are modularized.Therefore,a Python comprehensive data processing and analysis module is established,which is composed of six modules and can automatically realize the data processing and analysis operations such as the introduction of high temperature rheological stress curves,data processing,automatic fitting of material parameters,and evaluation of fitting accuracy,etc.Finally,the high temperature rheological stress model of GH4706 superalloy is established using this module,the root mean square error(RMSE)is only 8.316,and the calculation speed is very fast,which has great significance for accelerating the production efficiency.
