摘要
针对井下中高压大功率应用设备在工作过程中耗能大的问题,为减少能源消耗及改善设备性能,本文提出将基于模块化多电平换流器(MMC)结构的高压变频器应用到井下变频系统中,该变频系统能够有效改善高压大功率设备的工作效率与耗能问题。主要介绍了模块化多电平换流器的拓扑结构、工作原理、调制技术及子模块电容电压平衡等,并在Matlab-Simulink软件中搭建井下高压变频系统仿真并进行验证。仿真结果表明,系统具有良好的动态性能,能够实现井下变频系统和感应电机正常工作,波形输出基本稳定,对解决井下中高压大功率运行设备节能具有重要意义。
Aiming at the problem of large energy consumption in the working process of underground high-voltage and high-power application equipment,in order to reduce energy consumption and improve equipment performance,this paper proposes to apply the high-voltage inverter based on modular multilevel converter(MMC)structure to the underground frequency conversion system.The frequency conversion system can effectively improve the working efficiency and energy consumption of high-voltage and high-power equipment.The topology,working principle,modulation technology and sub-module capacitor voltage balance of the modular multilevel converter are mainly introduced,and the simulation and verification of the downhole high-voltage frequency conversion system are built in Matlab-Simulink software.The simulation results show that the system has good dynamic performance,which can realize the normal operation of the underground frequency conversion system and the induction motor,and the waveform output is basically stable.It is of great significance to solve the energy saving of the underground medium and high voltage high power operation equipment.
