摘要
主要阐述了液晶屏全自动切割生产线的端子残材去除机构及方法。对应液晶屏在切割过程中对于残材的处理工艺,设计出满足需求的断裂机构。又通过在实际生产应用中,对此机构存在的一些使用局限性的分析,在新设备中对此机构进行了优化改进。新机构既可以更高效地去除残材,也可以更稳定地满足切割之后液晶屏的断面质量要求。
The mechanism and method of removing terminal residual material in LCD automatic cutting line are mainly expounded.Corresponding to the treatment process of the residual talents in the cutting process of the LCD screen,a fracture mechanism that meets the needs is designed.Through the analysis of some limitations in the use of this mechanism in the actual production application,the mechanism is optimized and improved in the new equipment.The new mechanism can not only remove the residual talents more efficiently,but also meet the cross-section quality requirements of the LCD screen after cutting more stably.
