数字基建对高技术产业创新绩效的影响

The Impact of Digital Infrastructure on Innovation Performance of High-tech Industries

选取2012—2021年中国30个省级面板数据,实证检验数字基础设施建设影响高技术产业创新绩效的效果与作用机制。研究结果表明:数字基础设施建设能够显著提升高技术产业的创新绩效,这一结论经过稳健性检验后依然成立;数字基础设施建设对高技术产业创新绩效的促进作用在2016—2021年间、创新活跃度较高与出口技术复杂度较高企业中更显著,但并不存在要素密集度异质性。机制检验结果表明,数字基础设施建设能够通过推动人力资本高级化、扩大数字普惠金融覆盖面两条路径间接影响高技术产业创新绩效。为此,应深度布局数字基础设施建设、融合汇集创新要素、着力提高数字普惠金融可得性,为提升高技术产业创新绩效提供参鉴。

Select the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021,this paper empirically tests the effect and mechanism of digital infrastructure construction on the innovation performance of high-tech industries.The research results indicate that digital infr-astructure construction can significantly improve the innovation performance of high-tech industries,and this conclusion is still valid after robustness testing.The promotion effect of digital infrastructure construction on innovation performance of high-tech industries was more significant between 2016 and 2021,and it is more significant in enterprises with higher innovation activity and higher export technology complexity,but there is no factor intensity heterogeneity.The mechanism test results show that the digital infrastructure construction can indirectly affect the innovation performance of high-tech industries by promoting the upgrading of human capital and expanding the cov-erage of digital inclusive finance.To this end,it is necessary to deeply layout the digital infrastructure construction,integrate and collect innovative elements,focus on improving the availability of digital inclusive finance,so as to provide reference for improving the innovation performance of high-tech industries.
