摘要
对寒冷B区既有住宅建筑的围护结构(外墙、屋顶、户门、外窗)进行节能改造,通过实例构建建筑模型,分析节能改造后的建筑能耗、经济效果和碳减排效果。结果表明:节能改造后的建筑能耗显著降低,节能效果提高,建筑运行阶段的碳减排效果显著。
The envelope structure(external wall,roof,door and window)of the existing residential buildings in cold B area were reconstructed for energy saving.The building model was constructed through examples,and the building energy consumption,economic effect and carbon emission reduction effect after the energy-saving transformation were analyzed.The results show that the energy consumption of the building is significantly re⁃duced and the energy saving effect is improved,and the effect of carbon emission reduction in the operation stage of the building after energy saving transformation is remarkable.
