摘要
针对轨道车辆枕梁盖板工件在人工折弯过程中劳动强度大、质量稳定性差等问题,通过对结构、工艺流程的分析,设计了一套自动化折弯系统。柔性化吸盘设计结构使机器人可稳定抓取零件;自动折弯跟随系统的应用保证了机器人与折弯机的信息实时交互。该设计实现了枕梁盖板自动化折弯的生产应用,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。该系统可满足轨道车辆多品种、小批量、快速转产的市场需求,助力轨道车辆智能化制造。
In this paper,a set of automatic bending system based on the analysis of structure and process flow is designed to solve the problems of heavy labor intensity and poor quality stability during manual bending.The design of flexible suction cup structure allows the robot to grab parts stably,and the application of the automatic bending and following system ensures the real-time information interaction between the robot and the bending machine.The production and application of automated bending of t cover plate has been achieved,which has reduced labor intensity and improved production efficiency.The system can meet the market demand for multiple varieties,small batches and rapid production of rail vehicle,and advances the intelligent manufacturing of rail vehicle.
