摘要
低镉(Cd)富硒(Se)水稻品种筛选是Cd污染土壤安全利用协同Se资源有效开发的重要工作。对19个水稻品种开展田间小区试验,以稻米Cd、Se含量和水稻产量为评价指标筛选出低Cd富Se水稻品种并进行稳定性验证。结果显示,19个水稻品种的稻米Cd、Se质量浓度分别为0.017~0.547、0.014~0.469 mg/kg。聚类分析得到,中浙优H7、甬优15、嘉禾优1号、泰丰优2、中浙优8号和嘉丰优911属于低Cd富Se品种,其中嘉禾优1号、泰丰优2、中浙优8号和嘉丰优911稻米Cd符合《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2017)的Cd限量标准(0.20 mg/kg),Se满足《富硒稻谷》(GB/T 22499—2008)的富Se标准(0.04~0.30 mg/kg),但嘉禾优1号产量低于浙江省水稻产量的常规水平(7500 kg/hm2)。经过第2年稳定性验证,泰丰优2、中浙优8号和嘉丰优911表现出稳定的低Cd富Se能力和保产能力。因此,兼顾稻米Cd、Se含量和水稻产量,推荐可稳定重现的泰丰优2、中浙优8号和嘉丰优911为浙西高Cd富Se稻田推广种植的优选水稻品种。
The variety screening of cadmium(Cd)-low and selenium(Se)-rich rice is an importantl work for safe utilization of Cd contaminated soil and effective development of soil Se resource.Field trials were carried out with 19 rice varieties to screen Cd-low and Se-rich rice varieties,and stability were verified using rice Cd content,Se content and rice yield as assessment indicators.Results showed that the mass concentrations of rice Cd and Se were 0.017-0.547 and 0.014-0.469 mg/kg,respectively.The cluster analysis indicated that Zhongzheyou H7,Yongyou 15,Jiaheyou 1,Taifengyou 2,Zhongzheyou 8 and Jiafengyou 911 belonged to Cd-low and Se-rich varieties.Among them,Jiaheyou 1,Taifengyou 2,Zhongzheyou 8 and Jiafengyou 911 complied with the Cd limitation standard(0.20 mg/kg)of“National food safety standards:pollutants limitation in food”(GB 2762-2017)and the Se-rich standard(0.04-0.30 mg/kg)of“Rich selenium paddy”(GB/T 22499-2008).However,Jiaheyou 1’s rice yield was lower than average level of rice yield in Zhejiang(7500 kg/hm 2).After stability verified in the second year,Taifengyou 2,Zhongzheyou 8 and Jiafengyou 911 showed stable Cd-low and Se-rich ability with high yield.Therefore,Taifengyou 2,Zhongzheyou 8 and Jiafengyou 911 were recommended as the priority rice varieties for promotion cultivation in the west of Zhejiang by considering rice Cd content,Se content and rice yield,as well as stability.
