葡萄基因组测序及应用研究进展

摘要 葡萄是第一个完成全基因组测序的果树,也是目前完成全基因组测序材料最多的果树。近年来,随着测序成本的下降以及组装算法等的改进,截至2023年4月,共有49份葡萄材料完成了全基因组测序并报道。本文通过对已发表的葡萄基因组测序论文及其施引情况进行总结和分析,阐述了葡萄基因组测序的概况,分析了利用葡萄基因组测序解决的生物学问题,探讨了基因组测序数据的应用,展望了葡萄基因组测序的研究趋势,旨在为今后利用全基因组测序技术深入开展泛基因组学研究,解析遗传机制形成与性状调控分子机制等提供参考。 Grapevine is the fruit tree which completed whole genome sequencing firstly,and currently with the most materials that have completed whole genome sequencing.In recent years,with the decrease in sequencing cost,improvement in assembly algorithms and so on,as of April 2023,a total of 49 grapevine materials have been sequenced and reported.The authors summarized and analyzed the published grapevine genome sequencing papers and their citations,described the overview of grapevine genome sequencing,analyzed the biological problems solved by grapevine genome sequencing,discussed the application of genome sequencing data,and looked forward to the research trend of grapevine genome sequencing aims to provide suggestions for in-depth research of pan-genomics,genetic mechanism formation and molecular mechanism of trait regulation,using whole genome sequencing technology.
