党的十九届六中全会提出“两个确立”重要命题,其中确立党的领导核心是“两个确立”的首要方面,也是深化理解“两个确立”决定性意义的基础前提。从历史维度讲,确立党的领导核心是中国共产党奋斗百年积累的宝贵历史经验之一;从现实维度讲,确立党的领导核心是党的十八大以来创造新时代中国特色社会主义伟大成就的重要政治保障;从未来维度讲,确立党的领导核心为实现中华民族伟大复兴指明了必由路径。从历史、现实和未来三重维度解读确立党的领导核心的价值意蕴,有助于更加全面深刻地理解党的领导核心在国家民族事业中的重要作用,进而增强对确立习近平同志党中央的核心、全党的核心地位的认同,对于坚定拥护“两个确立”,自觉增强“四个意识”,坚决做到“两个维护”具有重大意义。

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee puts forward the important proposi-tion of"Two Establishments".Among which establishing the core of the Party's leadership is the primary aspect of"Two Confirmations"and also the basic premise for deepening the understanding of the decisive significance of the"Two Establishments".From the historical perspective,establishing the Party's leadership core is one of the valu-able historical experiences which accumulated from the over past century of struggle of the CPC;from the realistic dimension,establishing the Party's leadership core has been an important political guarantee for the great achieve-ments of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the 18th National Congress of the CPC.From the future per-spective,establishing the Party's leadership core points out the inevitable path for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Interpreting the value implication of establishing the party's leadership core from triple per-spectives,which will help us more comprehensively and deeply understand the important role of the Party's leader-ship core in the national cause.It will enhance the identification to establishing Comrade Xi Jinping's core position of the whole party.And it is of great significance to support"Two Establishments",strengthen"Four Conscious-ness"and achieve"Two Maintenances".
