摘要
目的:了解石河子大学生就寝拖延现状及其影响因素,为促进学生保持良好睡眠,维持身心健康提供参考。方法:2022年9-10月采取便利抽样法邀请大学生问卷星线上填写调查问卷(包括一般资料调查表,就寝拖延量表,青少年手机使用依赖自评问卷),并进行数据分析。结果:石河子大学生就寝拖延得分(26.55±5.89)分;拥有电子产品种类(β=0.572, 95%CI=0.017-1.127)、手机依赖戒断(β=0.109, 95%CI=0.018-0.201)、身心影响维度(β=0.752, 95%CI=0.621-0.882)是就寝拖延的影响因素(P均<0.05),共解释总变异的35.0%。结论:大学生减少手机依赖有助于改善就寝拖延,促进身心健康。
Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of students'bedtime procrastination in Shihezi University,so as to provide reference for promoting students to maintain good sleep and physical and mental health.Methods:From September to October 2022,convenience sampling method was adopted to invite college students to fill in the online questionnaire(including general information questionnaire,Bedtime Procrastination Scale,Self-rating Questionnaire for Adolescent Problematic Mobile Phone Use)and conduct data analysis.Results:Shihezi University students bedtime procrastination score(26.55±5.89);electronic product type(β=0.572,95%CI=0.017-1.127),mobile phone dependence withdrawal(β=0.109,95%CI=0.018-0.201)and psychosomatic influence dimension(β=0.752,95%CI=0.621-0.882)were the influencing factors of bedtime procrastination(all P<0.05),accounting for 35.0%of the total variation.Conclusion:Reducing mobile phone dependence among college students can improve bedtime procrastination and promote physical and mental health.
