高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。在落实立德树人根本任务、推动高等教育高质量发展的新形势下,高校辅导员应充分认识自我提升的重要意义,自觉深耕学习,投身育人实践,把教育培养和自我修养结合起来,通过政治素质、业务能力、纪律作风的全面提升,准确把握新时代大学生思想引领、价值引导和服务管理等新要求和着力点,筑牢思想政治工作“生命线”,推动思想政治工作体系贯通人才培养全过程,夯实高水平人才培养体系之基,为党和国家培养更多堪当民族复兴重任的高素质人才。

University counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students.In the new situation of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and promoting the high-quality development of higher education,university counselors should fully understand the importance of self-improvement,consciously deepen their learning,engage in educational practices,integrate education and self-cultivation,and comprehensively enhance their political quality,professional ability,and disciplinary integrity.They should accurately grasp the new requirements and focal points of guiding,guiding values,and managing services for college students in the new era.They should strengthen the“lifeline”of ideological and political work,promote the penetration of the ideological and political work system in the whole process of personnel training.They should continuously consolidate the foundation of a high-level talent training system,and cultivate more high-quality talents capable of shouldering the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation for the Party and the country.
