摘要
地下室作为高层建筑不可或缺的辅助用房之一,能够有效满足城市快速发展建设的需求,并缓解当前人地矛盾的突出问题。相关单位应高度重视建筑地下室的设计工作,尤其是给排水系统的建设。研究了建筑地下室给排水设计中的若干问题,并以地下室车库为案例详细探讨地下室给排水系统设计方案。采用文献研究法搜集与建筑地下室给排水设计相关的资料,同时结合案例研究法深入分析给排水设计要点。分析了建筑地下室给排水设计中存在的问题,并提出相应措施,确保建筑地下室质量并延长使用寿命。建筑地下室给排水设计需不断创新设计理念及技术手段,为建筑地下室的给排水设计注入新的活力,推动建筑行业的可持续发展。
Research several issues in the design of basement water supply and drainage in buildings,and explore in detail the design scheme of basement water supply and drainage system using basement garage as a case study.Using literature research method to collect information related to the design of basement water supply and drainage in buildings,and combining case study method to deeply analyze the key points of water supply and drainage design.As one of the indispensable auxiliary buildings in high-rise buildings,the basement can effectively meet the needs of rapid urban development and alleviate the prominent problem of the current contradiction between people and land.Relevant units should attach great importance to the design of building basements,especially the construction of water supply and drainage systems.We should recognize the problems in the design of water supply and drainage in building basements,and take effective measures to ensure the quality of building basements and extend their service life.The design of underground water supply and drainage in buildings requires continuous innovation in design concepts and technical means,injecting new vitality into the design of underground water supply and drainage in buildings,and promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry.
