建筑外墙保温系统及节能材料研究

摘要 旨在研究建筑外墙保温节能材料与技术,介绍了外墙自保温、外墙内保温、外墙夹心保温与外墙外保温四种常用外墙保温系统,阐述了不同保温系统的原理、优势特点与缺陷不足。对建筑玻璃幕墙保温系统、建筑外墙保温材料要求等进行深入分析,明确不同类型外墙保温材料的特征及适用性,包括玻化微珠保温砂浆、EPS板、XPS板、PU板、岩棉板、聚氨酯硬泡、现场发泡脲醛等材料,以期为相关人员提供参考。 Aiming to study energy-saving materials and technologies for building exterior wall insulation,this paper introduces four commonly used exterior wall insulation systems:exterior wall self-insulation,exterior wall internal insulation,exterior wall sandwich insulation,and exterior wall external insulation.The principles,advantages,characteristics,and shortcomings of different insulation systems are explained.Conduct in-depth analysis on the insulation system of building glass curtain walls and the requirements for insulation materials for building exterior walls,clarify the characteristics and applicability of different types of exterior wall insulation materials,including vitrified microbead insulation mortar,EPS board,XPS board,PU board,rock wool board,polyurethane hard foam,on-site foaming urea formaldehyde and other materials,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
