摘要
针对高速铁路高性能混凝土配合比及优化设计问题展开探讨,阐述了高性能混凝土的特点。结合当前高性能混凝土情况,分析了实际运用过程中存在的主要问题,开展混凝土性能试验,分析水胶比与矿物掺合料的掺入量对混凝土力学性能以及耐久性能的影响,并提出高性能混凝土配合比优化设计建议。研究结果表明,合理优化混凝土配合比,有助于提升混凝土力学性能以及耐久性能,延长混凝土的使用寿命。研究结果可应用于类似工程项目中,也可为相关技术理论研究提供参考。
Explored the mix proportion and optimization design of high-performance concrete for high-speed railways,and elaborated on the advantages and characteristics of high-performance concrete.Based on the current situation of high-performance concrete,this paper analyzes the main problems that exist in the actual application process,conducts concrete performance tests,analyzes the influence of water cement ratio and mineral admixture dosage on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete,and proposes optimization design suggestions for high-performance concrete mix proportion.The research results indicate that reasonable mixing and optimization of concrete mix proportions can help improve the mechanical and durability properties of concrete,and prolong its service life.The research results can be applied to similar engineering projects and can also provide reference for related technical and theoretical research.
