国企海外投资汇率风险管理研究

Study on exchange rate risk management of overseas investment of state-owned enterprises

随着经济全球化持续深入推进,国有企业开展了更加广泛的国际竞争,不断拓宽自身的海外业务,因此需要国有企业对海外投资汇率风险予以重视,加大分析管理力度,要意识到汇率风险主要是由于币种、规模和时间错配导致的,在此过程中出现的汇率波动会不可避免地诱发外汇风险。对国有企业来说,在日益复杂多变的国际经济环境下,需要对汇率风险予以高度重视和防范,以此来保障海外投资项目的顺利推进,实现预期的投资收益。

With the deepening of economic globalization,state-owned enterprises have carried out more extensive international compe-tition,constantly expanding their overseas business,so it is necessary for state-owned enterprises to pay attention to the exchange rate risk of overseas investment,to strengthen the analysis and management,we should realize that the exchange rate risk is mainly caused by cur-rency,scale and time mismatch.For state-owned enterprises,in the increasingly complex and changeable international economic environ-ment,we need to attach great importance to and guard against exchange rate risks,so as to ensure the smooth progress of overseas invest-ment projects and achieve expected investment returns.
