摘要
近年来,随着我国物流业的不断发展,物流业也正经历着从传统物流向现代物流的转型,而智能技术在物流业的广泛应用,也加速了物流行业的智能化程度。所以,越来越多的物流企业选择通过实施股权激励计划来实现这一目标。通过对S公司2017和2018年的两次股权激励进行分析,结果发现股权激励对公司的长远发展具有积极的促进作用,根据企业内部存在着管理方式不完善、行权条件设置不合理以及股权激励力度过小等问题,制定更有针对性的措施,同时为我国快递行业实施股权激励提出建设性意见。
In recent years,with the continuous development of China's logistics industry,the logistics industry is also experiencing a transformation from traditional logistics to modern logistics,and the wide application of intelligent technology in the logistics industry has al-so accelerated the degree of intelligence in the logistics industry.Therefore,more and more logistics enterprises choose to implement equity incentive plans to achieve this goal.Through the analysis of the two equity incentives of S Company in 2017 and 2018,and finds that equity incentives have a positive role in promoting the long-term development of the company.In view of the problems existing in the enterprise,such as imperfect management mode,unreasonable setting of exercise conditions and too small equity incentive force,more targeted meas-ures are formulated.At the same time,it puts forward constructive suggestions for the implementation of equity incentive in China's express delivery industry.
