企业现金流量管理对企业价值的影响

The impact of enterprise cash flow management on enterprise value

现金流量管理是企业财务管理的关键内容之一,对企业经营与发展具有重要意义。现有文献对现金流量管理与企业价值关系的研究仍不够系统。本研究通过考察现金流量管理对企业价值的影响机制和路径,发现现金流量管理可以提高资金使用效率、控制经营风险、增强盈利能力等;但也可能产生增加管理成本,限制投资规模等负面影响。研究提出,企业应建立科学的现金流量预测与预警机制,优化资金结构,强化投资管理等,以发挥现金流量管理的积极作用,提高企业核心竞争力和价值。

Cash flow management is one of the key contents of enterprise financial management and is of great significance to enter-prise operation and development.The existing literature's research on the relationship between cash flow management and enterprise value is still not systematic enough.By examining the impact mechanism and path of cash flow management on enterprise value,this study found that cash flow management can improve capital utilization efficiency,control operating risks,enhance profitability,etc.,however,it may also in-crease management costs,limit the scale of investment and other negative effects.The study proposes that enterprises should establish scien-tific cash flow forecasting and early warning mechanisms,optimize capital structures,strengthen investment management,etc.,so as to play a positive role in cash flow management and enhance the core competitiveness and value of enterprises.
