This paper explores in depth the current situation,challenges,and innovations of financial management of listed companies in the information age from the perspective of informatization.This article first focuses on the innovation of financial informatization in enter-prise philosophy and methods,as well as the establishment and implementation of budget and final accounting systems,and analyzes in de-tail the impact of these two aspects on enterprise financial management.Then,attention was paid to the practical requirements of financial informatization in financial control,revealing the necessity of these elements in the information age.These in-depth analyses provide theo-retical and practical guidance for listed companies to optimize financial management in the information age.
