在产业园区建设过程中,可以把某个产业创新作为重点,通过创建良好的工作环境,整合各种优质资源,并把现代化技术应用其中,为某个产业在本区域中快速发展提供支持。现阶段,科技产业园区、高新技术产业园区、电商产业园区等产业园区的出现,让产业园区种类增多,覆盖范畴越来越广,但是在产业园区开发建设中,依然会面临诸多风险问题需要处理,尤其是财务方面。基于此,文章从产业园区开发建设角度出发,进一步探讨当前我国在产业园区开发建设中关于财务方面出现的一些风险问题,根据不同问题,研究导致该问题出现的原因,根据研究结果,提出控制对策。

In the process of building an industrial park,we can focus on the innovation of a certain industry by creating a good working environment,integrating all kinds of high-quality resources,and applying modern technology among them,support the rapid development of an industry in the region.At this stage,the emergence of industrial parks such as science and technology industrial parks,high-tech indus-trial parks and e-commerce industrial parks has led to an increase in the types of industrial parks and their coverage in an increasingly wide range of areas.However,in the development and construction of industrial parks,there are still risks to be addressed,especially finan-cial ones.Based on this,this article from the point of view of industrial park development and construction,further explore the current devel-opment and construction of industrial park in our country on the financial aspects of some of the risk problems,according to different is-sues,study the causes of the problem,according to the results of the study,put forward control measures.
