采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对参加2023年巴黎奥运会女排资格赛(中国站)中国队与主要对手的非技术参数和各项技术参数指标进行对比,综合分析现阶段中国女排的各项能力。研究认为:在非技术参数方面,中国女排的参赛队员整体年轻化,身高较高,网上高度较为明显,但克托莱指数较低,整体力量偏弱。在进攻实力方面,中国队的整体发球效果较好,得分率较高,失误率较低;整体扣球效果较好,失误较少,拦网得分率较高,但拦网失误数也较多。在进攻保障环节方面,中国队的整体接发球效果较好,接发球到位率较高,失误率较低;二传队员的传球效果较好,但力量较弱;整体防守效果一般,防守有效率和失误率与国外高水平队伍还有较大的差距。在冲击巴黎奥运会的策略分析方面,中国女排在2024年需要保持或提升国际排联的世界排名,争取通过世界排名进入巴黎奥运会。

Using research methods such as literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,this study compares the non-technical parameters and various technical parameter indicators of the Chinese team participating in the 2023 Paris Olympics women's volleyball qualification tournament(China Station)with its main opponents,and comprehensively analyzes the various abilities of the current Chinese women's volleyball team.Research suggests that in terms of non-technical parameters,the participating members of the Chinese women's volleyball team are generally younger,taller,and have a more noticeable online height,but with a lower Ctole index and weaker overall strength.In terms of offensive strength,the overall serving effect of the Chinese team is good,with a high scoring rate and a low error rate;The overall spike effect is good,with fewer errors and a higher blocking score rate,but there are also more blocking errors.In terms of offensive support,the overall receiving and serving effect of the Chinese team is good,with a high receiving and serving accuracy rate and a low error rate;The setter's passing effect is good,but their strength is weak;the overall defensive effect is average,but there is still a significant gap in defensive efficiency and error rate compared to high-level foreign teams.In terms of strategic analysis for the Paris Olympics,the Chinese women's volleyball team needs to maintain or improve the world ranking of the International Volleyball Federation in 2024,and strive to enter the Paris Olympics through the world ranking.
